This policy explains what personal data we collect on finder.chaco-solar.com, what we use it for, and what rights you have.

2. What we collect

When you complete the Solar Finder (our enquiry form), we collect only what you enter yourself:

• Full name
• Phone number (WhatsApp)
• Email address (optional)
• Town or region
• Your questionnaire answers: type of use (home, farm, cooperative), main reason, approximate size of your ANDE bill, how often power outages occur, desired timing and intended payment method

When you visit the page, standard technical data is also recorded: IP address, browser and device type, language, referring page and time of visit.

We do not collect sensitive data (health, religion, political views, biometric data) and no data from minors. This site is not directed at children.

3. What we use your data for

• Contacting you via WhatsApp, phone or email to answer your enquiry and prepare a solar system proposal.
• Sizing your proposal: the questionnaire answers let us calculate a suitable system size instead of offering something generic.
• Measuring our advertising: understanding, in aggregate, which ads produce real enquiries.
• Meeting legal obligations and documenting the business relationship.

The basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7).

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or pass your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. Your contact details are used only by us, for your own enquiry.

Data is stored in our internal system (CRM) hosted with our infrastructure provider. Only Chaco Solar staff handling enquiries have access.

5. Cookies and measurement technologies

On the campaign pages we use the following measurement tools, which rely on cookies or similar identifiers:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Ltd.) — to measure the effectiveness of our ads on TikTok.
• Google Ads / Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — to measure visits and conversions from our ads.

These tools record that a visit or an enquiry took place, plus technical device data. We never send them your name, phone number or email address with those events. You can block these cookies via your browser settings or by using private mode; the form still works.

This privacy policy page itself contains no measurement tools.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your enquiry data for as long as a business relationship or interest in our services exists, and at most 5 years from the last contact. If a sale takes place, we keep the documents for the periods required by Paraguayan tax law. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we do (see section 7).

7. Your rights

Under Law No. 1682/2001 (as amended by Laws No. 1969/2002 and No. 6534/2020) and other applicable Paraguayan regulations, you have the right to:

• find out what data we hold about you (access)
• have incorrect or outdated data corrected (rectification)
• ask us to delete your data
• withdraw your consent and ask us to stop contacting you

To exercise these rights, write to legal@chaco-solar.com or message us at +595 994 977 356. We respond within 10 business days. You can also simply reply "BAJA" to any message from us.

8. Security

Form data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. Access to our internal system is password-protected and limited to authorised staff. Even so, no transmission over the internet is entirely free of risk.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the one that applies.
